“It Just Happens to Smell Good” and it just happens to be the newest luxury candle line by the South Carolina basketball legend and current Las Vegas Aces superstar, A’ja Wilson. Last week Wilson announced she would be launching her own luxury candle line, Burnt Wax Candle Company.
The names of the candles are “National Champion,” “Rookie of the Year,” “All-Star” and “MVP”. She is making a statement with this release, which makes sense that these featured candles would be a part of the "Statement Collection". As a certified candle lover, A’ja Wilson is making headlines with her newly released candle line. The candles went on April 2nd at 2:22pm and sold out the same day. I guess you can say 22 is a lucky number!
On the court Wilson is a force to be reckoned, now she is well on her way to forging a new path as an entrepreneur with Burnt Wax Candle Company. It doesn't stop there, Wilson is also the Founder of the A’ja Wilson Foundation which provides resources to youth focusing on dyslexia and bullying among youth through educational programming, camps, workshops and grant opportunities.
